Zero Company Squad Builder
Choose four Operators, and the readout tells you which synergies are officially confirmed, which are our reading of confirmed mechanics, and where the squad has a gap. No account required, and nothing is uploaded.

Bought once and applied to every Operator, so these are campaign context rather than a loadout choice — which is why they are here and not in a bay. Nothing published says whether Assist Damage from these stacks with the Tracking mod line, Fearless Leader or a Scoundrel’s assists, and those are four sources of one statistic. They travel in the shared link.
Per Operator, earned from Bonds and from completing missions, and spent on Focus Tree ranks. Nothing published says what a rank costs, so this records what the build assumes rather than something the readout can check. It travels in the shared link.
These match a standard campaign at its start. Permadeath is on by default in-game, story missions require Hawks, and a second Specialization unlocks around mid-campaign — changing any of them changes what the readout warns you about.

The mechanics behind the readout
- Action PointsEvery Operator gets three Action Points per turn, spent on movement, attacks, Utilities and Abilities in any order.
- AdvantageA shared squad resource, earned one at a time by damaging enemies, that powers strong abilities without spending AP. Maximum: 10.
- OverwatchA directional cone that triggers reaction shots when enemies move or act, at the cost of ending the Operator's turn.
- BondsRelationships between paired Operators that unlock permanent combat bonuses, maximum-Bond passives and most of your Focus Points.
