The short answer
EA publish no price. Every figure in circulation comes from a storefront listing or from reporting, not from EA.

What that means when you are planning
EA's pre-order page names two editions and lists what each contains, and carries no figure for either. That is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly rather than filling in, because a price is the single most-searched fact about an unreleased game and the easiest to get wrong by copying.
Storefront listings do carry prices, and they are real prices — but they are the storefront's, they differ by region and by currency, and they move. Reproducing one here as "the price of Zero Company" would attach a source to a claim that source does not make.
What can be said with a source: the pre-order bonus is granted on both editions, and everything the Deluxe adds over the Standard is cosmetic. Whatever the gap between them turns out to be, it buys appearance rather than capability.
What we don't know yet
The game has not been released. These are open questions we have chosen not to guess at.
- The price of either edition, in any currency or region.
- Whether EA intend to publish one before launch at all.
- Whether a Collector's Edition exists, and what it would cost.
