EA's own game page carries the date, and the EA article announcing it is titled for it: "Lead Zero Company To Victory on August 27". No official page describes a staggered regional rollout, and no platform is named as arriving later than another.
The date has been stable since it was announced. Nothing on this site is dated to a delay, a bring-forward, or a rumour of either — and if that changes, the change will appear on /updates with the source that moved it.
What is not published is the time. EA name a calendar day and stop there, so a countdown to the hour — including any this site could have shown — would be counting down to a moment nobody has stated.
