Squad building
- How many classes does Zero Company have?
- Eight standard Specializations any recruit can take, plus exotic classes locked to droids or specific characters.

- Yes, on skirmish missions — but not on story missions, because Hawks is required there. A pre-release achievement requires completing a mission with four astromechs.

- Yes on skirmish missions, once clone recruitment unlocks — story missions still require Hawks.
- Is Hawks required on every mission?
- On story missions, yes. Skirmish missions allow any combination.
- Can an Operator have two Specializations?
- Yes. A secondary Specialization unlocks around the middle of the campaign — one previewer puts it at cycle 18.

- The top named tier of the relationship ladder, above Low, Neutral and High.
11 questions
In combat
- Do Advantage abilities cost Action Points as well?

- How does Overwatch work in Zero Company?
- It sets a directional cone that fires when an enemy moves or acts inside it, and it ends the Operator's turn.
- Does setting Overwatch end an Operator's turn?
- Yes. Overwatch ends that Operator's turn.
- Is there a hunker-down action in Zero Company?
- No. There is no hunker-down action, which is why a spare Action Point is usually best spent on Overwatch.

- Yes. Taking high ground improves hit chance.

- Yes. Wearing a clone helmet applies the voice filter.
- Do outfits and weapon skins affect gameplay?
- No. Weapon models, colours and blaster patterns are cosmetic, and so is clone armour.

- At least four — a pre-release trophy requires it. Whether four is the maximum has not been published.
- What do Weapon Mods do in Zero Company?
- They slot into a weapon, change its stats, and can add effects of their own — one applies stacking Burning on every hit.
Something missing, or something wrong?
A question only gets a page here if a record on this site can answer it with a source attached. Several things people ask about most — the price of any edition, the console generation, whether there is co-op — have no official answer yet, so they are recorded as unknowns rather than guessed at.
