The short answer

Clone trooper CT-3301, a veteran soldier and Hawks' longtime companion — and the only Operator who can revive himself.

In full

What that means when you are planning

He was injured protecting Hawks during the Separatist attack on Antine, which ended both their military careers. The two founded Zero Company together.

His fixed Talent is For My Brothers: he withstands being Downed and revives himself on the next turn, with no ally spending an action to rally him. That is the only self-rescue in the game, and it makes him the right Operator to put somewhere dangerous.

He is expensive to use offensively. His long-range explosive strike is priced by one preview at 10 Advantage for a single use per fight — the entire pool at its known maximum. He also carries a Repeater and can Fire Repeating Blaster, a Final Action that consumes all remaining Action Points and scales with how many were spent, at 22 damage for 3 AP.

One relationship note that matters for Bonds: his clone history creates friction with Luco Bronc, whose homeworld Umbara the clones invaded. The two start on poor terms.

What we don't know yet

The game has not been released. These are open questions we have chosen not to guess at.

  • Whether the 10-Advantage price is the ability's or that loadout's.
  • Whether For My Brothers' self-revive still inflicts an Injury.
  • When he joins the squad.
