Bennic Halloren is the Republic Intelligence liaison, coordinating the company's contract and its intelligence. Neesh Renark is the quartermaster, running the Armory and the Black Market. Runa Blask leads operations and finance. M-3VO — Meevo — is the pilot droid who flies the company's starship, the Caisson.
They are recorded on this site as Operators because they share the evidence model and the page template, not because you can field them. The Squad Builder only ever reads deployable characters.
